Personal Statements from the
Company Founder
Manfred Wiegel: CEO & Founder
- Over 15 years ago, I became convinced that client funds should not only be used in a return-oriented manner, but also in a meaningful way to contribute to the preservation of creation.
- In search of a long-term, cross-generational solution, I decided in 2014 to found green benefit AG as a family-run company. My goal was to create an ideal environment that enables a win-win situation - an environment in which my vision of a transparent investment strategy that benefits all parties involved could become a reality.
- With the “green benefit Global Impact Fund” fund, I succeeded in implementing the idea of a long-term investment in companies that not only have great growth potential, but also achieve a sustainable, measurable impact through their products and services. From the beginning, it was a particular concern of mine to share my passion with like-minded people - together with my family, friends and the first enthusiastic investors who believed in the idea early on.
- I have been firmly convinced for over a decade that the strategic combination of different sectors within the sustainable investment sector can make the decisive difference in the long term. The pioneering role often attributed to us shows that we are able to identify trends early on and make investments that correspond to my personal values: ethical investments that make a real contribution to the preservation of creation.

As a fund boutique based in Fürth, Bavaria, we have been consistently focusing on (equity) investments that combine social, environmental, and economic values for more than 10 years.
Under the slogen „Improve the world and benefit from it“ we combine sustainable impact with financial success.
Our focus is on stocks in the renewable energy sector — particularly hydrogen, solar, e-mobility, and smart grids.
